The Administrators Role

Your Role as the System Administrator

Note: You will have to be given permission to act as as an Administrator. If you are not able to change this setting, please contact us at As System Administrator, you can manage all aspects of your introNetworks community including:
  • User profiles
  • Dashboard news and user acceptance text
  • Special interest groups
  • Calendars
  • Informational resources
  • Forum discussions
  • System reports
  • On-screen marketplace ads
  • Maps and Points of Interest
In addition to functioning as System Administrator, you can also maintain your own user profile. To manage your introNetworks system, you must be in System Administrator mode. After you log in, click the Role button on the top right of dashboard and select Administrator, or select the Gear icon on page one of your Profile. In addition to the standard user menus, you will see the following:
  • Accordion menu for Manage (left side of interface, accordion below Resources)
  • Manage News and Edit buttons (on Dashboard)
  • Manage User Acceptance and Edit buttons (on Dashboard)
Exiting To exit the introNetworks system, click Sign Out in the upper-right corner of the screen.
